Below you will find a short instruction on how cooperation with us proceeds
Step by step ...
To receive a quote for your dream staircase, we need a few things from you first:
- Dimensions and theoretical measurements:
- The height difference between floors (not from floor to ceiling)
- The length and width of the staircase
- Drawings:
- If possible, please provide a copy of the architectural plans for your building with dimensions
- If you don't have plans, a simple drawing of the staircase shape would be helpful
- Share your inspiration:
- Let us know which of our portfolio designs you like, or share pictures of designs you found elsewhere
- Balustrade:
- Let us know what type of balustrade you prefer, such as frameless glass, glass in a wooden frame, aluminum with a wooden frame, or traditional with newel posts and spindles
- If you have a different idea, describe it to us and we can make it happen!
- Location:
- We provide our services nationwide, but distance does matter, so please share your postcode with us
- Also, let us know briefly about the condition of your building and walls
- In addition:
- Please let us know when you want the staircase installed, as it takes around eight weeks for a simple bespoke staircase project to be completed
- An introductory quote will be sent to you within a few days of making contact.
AND ...
If you agree with our introductory quote and are ready to progress, let us know! We will arrange a date to come and take proper measurements and discuss further details. After our visit, you can relax while we work on the final design and price of your dream staircase. If you agree to our proposal, we will send you a contract to sign, and then get straight to work.
We invite you to visit and see your dream staircase come to life! But if you prefer, you can wait until our next visit with your new staircase.
If you have any other ideas or tips, please share them with us via email at greg@123stairs.co.uk. We look forward to working with you!
